Jake Rushing – Donkey Kong (Gameboy), Pokémon Red (Gameboy), Fallout 4 (PS4) – Whelp, earlier last week, I got Donkey Kong from eBay, so I’ve been playing that the past few days, and I’ll continue to play that this week until I beat the game. I also got Fallout 4 and a PS4 last weekend so I’ll spend some time playing Fallout 4 when I want my moderate gaming fix. When I want to take a break, I’ll play some Pokémon Red along the side.

Terry Randolph – FallOut 4 (Xbox One), Five Night’s at Freddy’s 2 (PC), Fire Emblem Fates: Conquest (3DS), Optional: TellTale’s The Walking Dead: Michonne Mini Series (Xbox One)

So last week, my schedule was shifted around with the games I was going to play. My friend Chelsea and I ended up completed Gears of War: Ultimate Edition on Hardcore difficulty, which will get a review later. I did get to play some FallOut 4, but didn’t get as far as I’d hoped into it. Currently, my game progress is apparently at 46% as I type this. The big thing that happened was forgetting and then remembering that the open beta of Tom Clancy’s The Division, which I played all of Sunday.

This week, I am going to force myself to find the time to beat Five Night’s at Freddy’s 2 so I can finally get it off my list of games to beat. I really don’t like it sitting there and feel like it just needs to disappear (as well as the series). I’m also finding myself trying not to get too hooked into Fire Emblem Fates, which has always been an addicting series for me (I got the special edition, so I’ll be trying to play all three versions this year). My play for Fire Emblem Fates is to start with Conquest, which makes me an apparent glutton for punishment instead of doing Birthright first. Also, TellTale just released episode 1 of their Walking Dead: Michonne Mini-Series. I might try to find time to play that as well!

Marshall Garvey – TellTale’s The Walking Dead, Season One – Gaming’s a bit in flux for me at the moment, as I’ve had a super crowded work schedule this week on top of finishing the transcript of our interview with Nascent Games. (Not to mention, a more challenging boxing workout routine thrown in as well.) The Walking Dead is still a priority for me, especially with the new Michonne series out today. I intend on spending some more time with Jak II again when I have some more downtime, as well as something for a Hall of Fame Review soon.

I was looking forward to writing up a blurb about the Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers game for PS2, as I had a copy sitting in my employee hold box at Dimple for a spell. But when I went to buy it last night, the disc turned out to be a bit scratched. I found a much cleaner disc, but decided to hold off on getting it until my next paycheck. (Then again, I magically decided I had enough money to buy an Elvin Bishop CD, so you can definitely question my priorities as a gaming journalist at this moment.) In any event, I can’t wait to uncork some serious nostalgia when I add it to my collection. As memory recalls, it was by far the strongest of the three games based on the original trilogy.
